I personally have a GTX 960, a recent upgrade to 16 gigs of RAM from 8, and a 3.5 Ghz AMD CPU though I can't remember the exact model right now. Just saying that for consistent gameplay all the way through you may want to drop settings below what may seem necessary. If you're a bit of a purist or a completionist you should know that inconsistent framerates can seriously fuck up your combat experience, as in missing counters, striking the wrong guy, or simply being brought down to sub-playable framerates. If you go beyond the recommended specs then you should be mostly fine. I would wait until you've gotten your 1070 because the best way to get the run well at all is to simply overpower it. The game is playable but be forewarned that there is no consistency. Either way I would suggest playing it, I bought the game about two weeks ago after testing my friends copy to see how it ran, and since I bought it I've completed it twice, done all the DLC, all the Most Wanted missions and now convincing my girlfriend to do a playthrough while I watch. Honestly the game runs as well as I could expect at this point in time, unfortunately I can't say how well it'll run on your hardware, but you should definitely be able to achieve 60fps with the right graphics settings.
